What you say will be heard by me and a small team, without ever knowing who you are. Some confessions we will edit and share onward, without your voice, so that someone else can set their weight down too.

Is it really anonymous?

Yes. We ask for no name, no number, no email, no login. IP address, device details, cookies — none of it is kept. We could not identify you if we tried.

Will my voice be published?

Never. A voice is an identity. If your confession is shared, it appears as text or in another voice — your words are recreated in a voice that is not yours, so nobody can recognise you. Your original recording is deleted 30 days after a decision is made.

Is this therapy?

Psychologists say that suppressed thoughts and emotions can affect our mental and physical well-being over time, sometimes contributing to stress, anxiety, depression, and physical discomfort. This practice may help ease your emotional burden and support you as you process and heal from your past. It is not therapy, counselling, or a helpline. Are all the confessions real?

We do not claim that every confession is true. The content comes from an open platform, so we cannot verify whether each confession is right or wrong. We are simply a medium that gives people a space to express their thoughts and feelings.

Where can I listen to the confessions?

On our YouTube channel and Instagram, and in the Foke Studios app from the Play Store.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. Real Confession is only for people aged 18 or older.

Do I need an app or a login?
